Insurance:
Next Generation Neuropsychology, LLC currently participates with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield NJ, Cigna, AmeriHealth, and Medicare health insurance plans. For questions regarding co-payments, deductibles, and coverage for neuropsychological testing/cognitive-behavioral therapy, please contact your plan provider.
If we are out-of-network with your insurance provider, and you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide you with a receipt for possible reimbursement from your insurer.
Any out-of-pocket services will include a "Good Faith Estimate" prior to scheduling.
Child Study Team:
If your child’s school district has agreed to pay for the neuropsychological evaluation, a copy of the final report will be released to the school district. You are encouraged to request a copy of your child’s report from your district.
